Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10 am
  • Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin.
  • Door code will be sent via email once all payments are made, and will be re-sent a week before your stay.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.

  • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
  • No pets allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • $50 Fee
    • Before 30 days: Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee
    • Within 30 days: whatever dates we can rebook, is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 nights + tax + cleaning fee + damage fee + Bear Tootin fee ($25)

Parking Information

  • All roads leading to the property are paved, and there is level parking for up to two vehicles.
  • The access roads are easy to navigate and wide, making them vehicle and motorcycle friendly.
  • However, please note that the driveway is a bit steep and may pose challenges in snowy or icy conditions.
  • Free parking is available on site.
